Treasure’s Report
All homeowners have paid dues. All bills are paid to date.
Architectural Review Board Business
Solar panels require approval by ARB. The board wishes to support solar panels in the neighborhood. A reminder that approval is necessary will be put in the annual letter.
Landscaping Business
The Park Place contract expires at the end of the year. Discussion included advertising a new contract to seek new bidders if it benefits the homeowners.
R. Kasper will contact Park Place regarding the price to extend the current contract.
New landscape committee members Philip Telford and Garrett Kirwin.
Covenants
A written complaint was submitted regarding the storage of commercial vehicles. A letter will be submitted to the homeowners in violation. This letter will include the reference to the covenants and will ask for a plan for remediation within thirty days.
Any issues with blocking sidewalks should be addressed by police/town ordinances.
New covenant member Chris Parente will assist with covenant issues.
New Business
Tefft Hill Website is down. Boston Co-location is the administrator. The name is registered until September 2017. The payment was sent and has been processed. T. Telford will provide a copy of the cancelled check, and W. Boardman will contact the BBB. In the meantime, homeowners can get the bylaws at the town hall if needed.
The Halloween party was a success, an estimated 100 people attended with about 50% being children. Receipts were submitted for reimbursement.
P. Telford is the new Tefft Hill Facebook administrator.
The neighborhood letter was discussed. The author of the newsletter should be included at future meetings. The Board may include a blurb about covenants, recruitment of Board members, and current events in the newsletter.
The Tefft Hill Neighborhood bulletin board has fallen down. The Board approved a budget of $1000.00 to replace the sign. Placement of the signs was discussed, and 2 signs may be placed on either side of Chestnut Hill.
The next meeting is 7:00 pm on Tuesday, 1/10/17 at 12 Paddock Ct.
