New Business/ Committee Reports
The Board of Directors approved all existing HOA officers for the next year.

The path committee brought maps from 1988 and mowing plans.  There was a question of funds available for clearing and planting buffers. The committee’s intent was to look at potential areas, with spacing not to intrude on homeowner’s privacy.

  1. Boardman requested path plans and estimates from the committee.

The Board of Directors has the responsibility of what does and does not happen to the open space.  It was noted there was a path to the cemetery that was recently cleaned.  R. Kasper volunteered to walk the area.
Concerns were mentioned about liability increase and landscaping fees, which may be reflected in dues.  Homeowners described past difficulties with newly created paths.

Kensington Rd was noted to be a private right of way.

  1. Rich and the solar committee are working on a flyer and will present at the next meeting.

The next meeting will be 5/8/18 at 7 pm, with the location to be determined.  An email will be sent to those on the HOA email list regarding the location.  Topics of discussion will include solar panels and paths.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:05 pm.
