1/17/17 Board Meeting
Present: Karen DeBoer, Richard Kasper, Bill Boardman, Tracy Telford, Phil Telford, Sarah Kirwin, Chris Parente
Minutes from 11/15/16 were reviewed and accepted as written.
Architectural Review Board Business
It was noted homeowners are not following the request of approval for home modifications.
Landscaping Business
R. Kasper will contact Park Place regarding the price to extend the current contract.
Covenants
A written complaint was submitted regarding a barking dog. The complainant was informed to call the police, but he stated he did not want to involve police. R. Kasper attempted to address the neighbor and was not met with a good reception.
In the future all homeowners will be advised to call the police regarding town ordinances. This will be mentioned at the annual meeting
The commercial vehicles addressed last meeting were moved.
Any issues with blocking sidewalks should be addressed by police/town ordinances.
New Business
Chris Parente will investigate a new website maintenance company and have quotes to add to the budget.
The Facebook page will include new ideas for promoting community events and local businesses.
Budget, proxy and annual meeting notice will be mailed by 2/10/17. The annual meeting letter will include a notice about property alterations and community events.
The tentative annual meeting date is 3/7/17. Location TBD.
