General standing committees include Covenants (HOA by-law reviews), Architectural Review Board (home and lot improvement reviews), Landscaping (manage neighborhood improvements), and others, as required. We also often have openings for Board members and Officers. In general, we meet every two months, however, emails do get passed back and forth weekly, as required. Committees may have to quickly review issues that come up (e.g., review a shed application, make comments, and communicate with homeowner and Board). Generally, the work load is light and people are very friendly.
