Yard sales are held twice a year at Tefft Hill. One on the Saturday after Memorial Day and the other on Saturday after Labor Day. Sunday is the rain date. Neighbors are encouraged to organize their nearly new household items in their driveways for this very successful neighborhood event. Neighborhood Yard Sale signs are posted by the Association the week prior.
As you walk our beautiful neighborhood, kindly pick up after your pets and place the waste in your trash. Unattended waste is a very tempting target for sneakers and washes fecal pathogens into our streams and wetlands. Your neighbors truly appreciate your efforts to be respectful.
Please DO NOT leave unwanted household items at any location in or around our beautiful Tefft Hill neighborhood. It is unlawful and police will take notice. We have biannual yard sales and ask you hold your items until this time.
