Please read the full document to become fully aware of its contents and our requirements.  Questions or submissions may be submitted to our PO Box or email.  Over the years, we've found some popular topics include the following:

1. Alterations to the outside of one's home or lot must be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Board based upon the Architectural Board Guidelines and other governing documents.  Examples of proposed work include, but are not limited to, sheds, fences, solar panels, clearing of lots, and other major improvements.
2. Parking of commercial vehicles, trailers, and boats are restricted.
3. Alterations to open space areas adjacent to private lots is prohibited unless expressly approved by the Board of Directors.
